Responsibilities
- Build real products end to end
- Work on frontend, backend, data, and deploys
- Ship features weekly at AI-native startups
- Design APIs and databases
- Build across the whole stack
Requirements
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
- Set up databases, APIs, and cloud deploys
- Provide a GitHub, portfolio, or live product link
Qualifications
- Exceptional shipped work (less than 3 years experience)
- AI-native in how you build (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex)
- Shipped an LLM-powered feature
- Prefer to be judged on shipped work over resume keywords
- Desire for human review of applications
