Come join the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Mid-Market Marketing Team as a Staff Product Marketing Manager. GBSG is committed to creating solutions to power prosperity around the world by meeting the needs of businesses ranging from solopreneurs to mid-market. We do this with an online platform of business solutions across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more.
Part of the U.S. Marketing team, the Mid-Market Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated candidate with experience leading AI in fintech who wants to make an impact on one of Intuit’s 3 Big Bets: Disrupt the Mid-Market. The ideal candidate is a self-starting strategic thinker who can leverage their industry expertise to help us build and market Artificial Intelligence for Intuit Enterprise Suite, an AI-native ERP built for modern CFOs. You will help set strategy, influence the product roadmap, and ensure we are speaking the language of accountants and finance professionals in how we market and sell to them.
Responsibilities

Create a unified strategy for building deploying AI in Intuit Enterprise Suite, maintaining the office of the CFO at the center

Partner with product management teams to launch, test, track, and iterate on AI solutions on our platform

Perform inbound research to learn what Mid Market CFOs need, their satisfaction with AI on our platform, and how we can better meet their needs

Develop the overall AI messaging and positioning for Intuit Enterprise Suite

Contribute to Intuit's thought leadership for Mid Market businesses and how they can adopt AI in their day-to-day workflows

Partner with Sales to best enable them to successfully position and sell the AI capabilities in Intuit Enterprise Suite, gathering feedback from them to refine messaging and value prop
Qualifications

BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience.

8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles in fintech and supporting AI. Experience in finance and accounting is a strong plus, but not required

Ability to drive strategy formation with consumer insights and market intelligence

Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes

Fluent in range of AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into your workflows

Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a vast array of product solutions and initiatives

Solid verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levels

Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results

Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment

Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail

Strong organization navigational skills, including ability to lead and influence without direct authority

Ability to manage ambiguous or complex issues with thoughtful recommendations

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $205,000 - $277,500
