Role: Cyber Security Enigneer (DLP)

Requirements
· Strong experience in cybersecurity engineering within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
· Proven hands-on expertise across Data Security and Cloud Security, including hybrid, multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
· Experience with DLP, data classification, encryption, tokenisation, key management, CSPM and DSPM.
· Strong experience implementing, upgrading and supporting enterprise security tools and platforms.
· Experience conducting security architecture and design reviews, providing risk-based and secure-by-design recommendations.
· Strong understanding of security controls, risk, governance and compliance frameworks.
· Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, technology and business teams.
· Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and modern cloud security principles.
· Experience developing and maintaining security standards, procedures and technical documentation.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical, business, risk and regulatory priorities.
· Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.
