About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Channels to own and scale the product experiences that power Multiplier's partner and channel ecosystem.
The Channels team sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, and Operations, enabling partners to discover, integrate with, and distribute Multiplier's global employment and payroll capabilities. This role will be critical in making it easier for partners to bring Multiplier to their customers while creating a seamless experience across the partner lifecycle.
You will own a significant product area, define the strategy and roadmap, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build scalable channel experiences that drive adoption, revenue, and customer value.
What You Will Be Doing
You will:
- Own the product strategy and outcomes for a significant pillar within Channels, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across the partner lifecycle.
- Build deep understanding of partners, customers, and internal teams through direct feedback, data, partner conversations, and operational insights.
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for partner onboarding, integrations, workflows, APIs, partner portals, and channel experiences.
- Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to turn partner needs into scalable product solutions.
- Move quickly by testing hypotheses, launching lightweight solutions, and iterating based on real partner and customer feedback.
- Define success metrics upfront and use data to measure partner adoption, activation, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
- Translate partner and customer feedback into clear, evidence-backed product priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the scalability and efficiency of channel-led growth through product-led experiences and automation.
- Operate independently in ambiguous situations, taking ownership from problem discovery through execution and measurable outcomes.
- Balance long-term product strategy with high-priority partner and business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful ownership of products, platforms, or outcomes in a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Experience building products involving B2B platforms, partnerships, channels, integrations, APIs, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
- Strong product sense with the ability to understand complex partner and customer problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and move from problem definition to execution quickly.
- Strong understanding of platform and integration-led products, with the ability to balance partner-specific requirements with scalable product solutions.
- A track record of defining and measuring business and customer impact, rather than simply shipping features.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex problems and clearly articulate product strategy and trade-offs.
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote-first environment while balancing strategic priorities with urgent business and partner needs.
