Job Description

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

Informatica MDM / IDQ

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including:

- MDM Hub Console 10.5 (Good to Have)

- IDD

- SIF

- Match/Merge Rules

- Provisioning Tool

- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) 10.5 (Good to Have)

- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter Administration.

- Familiarity with PuTTY for server access and troubleshooting.

SQL / Database

- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries using Oracle Database.

- Experience performing data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL.

- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, errors, and duplicate records.

Scripting & Automation

- Good-to-have experience with UNIX Shell scripting for analyzing and troubleshooting IDQ/MDM job failures.

- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automating routine support activities.

Monitoring & Observability

- Must have hands-on experience with Dynatrace.

- Experience setting up and configuring Dynatrace.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using Dynatrace.

- Strong familiarity with Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).

Scheduling & File Transfer

- Hands-on experience with AutoSys or similar enterprise scheduling tools.

- Experience with file transfer solutions such as IBM Sterling Integrator / MFT.

Java / Microservices

- Working knowledge of Spring Boot.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug Java/Spring Boot microservices issues.

DevOps / Cloud

- Strong experience developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.

- Experience working with JFrog Artifactory.

- Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services.

- Experience with AWS EKS and Elastic Load Balancing (ELB).

- Exposure to deploying React frontend applications and Java Spring Boot microservices.

- Good understanding of DevOps best practices, release management, and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

MDM Production Support

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline failures, batch job failures, data loading errors, and user-reported defects.

- Perform L3 production support activities for Informatica MDM and related applications.

- Analyze recurring production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Implement permanent and proactive fixes to prevent recurring incidents.

- Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between MDM and downstream/spoke systems.

Data Analysis & Data Quality

- Analyze large datasets to identify data anomalies, errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.

- Perform data investigation and validation using Oracle SQL.

- Work with data stewards and business stakeholders to understand data issues and requirements.

- Develop and execute processes for data correction within MDM.

- Ensure data quality and integrity across MDM and integrated systems.

Integration & API Support

- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between MDM and spoke systems.

- Support integrations using:

- REST APIs

- SOAP Web Services

- SIF APIs

- IDQ/ETL tools

- Troubleshoot synchronization and integration issues across distributed systems.

- Apply knowledge of REST/SOAP API concepts to investigate application and integration failures.

Application & Infrastructure Support

- Troubleshoot Spring Boot and microservices-related issues.

- Use Dynatrace and DQL to monitor applications, analyze performance, and identify root causes.

- Analyze UNIX scripts and application logs to troubleshoot MDM/IDQ job failures.

- Support AutoSys scheduled jobs and IBM Sterling Integrator/MFT file transfers.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve production issues.

DevOps & Cloud

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

- Support Docker-based application deployments.

- Work with Artifactory for artifact management.

- Support applications deployed on AWS.

- Work with AWS EKS and ELB for containerized application environments.

- Follow DevOps best practices for deployment, release management, and automation.

- Support deployment of React frontend applications and Java Spring Boot microservices.

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements and resolve production issues.

- Translate business problems into appropriate technical solutions.

- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms for incident and change management.

- Work effectively in an onshore/offshore delivery model with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

- Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) environment.

Domain Experience

- Experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance is preferred.

- Understanding of the loan and lease lifecycle, including:

- Loan/Lease Origination

- Funding

- Billing

- Payments

- Collections

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production support environment.
