Purpose of the role:
Owns and drives the design management process, manages designers, drives program and deliverables to achieve commercial and technical targets of the project during the concept design stages. Coordinate Design with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve quality of design, timely and on budget delivery ensuring Value proposition implementation on the project.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the Value Proposition creation on the project, lead the definition and implementation of the RoC and VP review process on the project
Responsible for concept Design management on the project and linking the development of project with product's unique Value Proposition
Supports the Development manager in the general project management, project leadership and setting of project processes.
Responsible for design to be delivered according to the program and budget.
Responsible for the delivery of effective and commercially viable design.
Manages and approves the construction costs and budgeting during concept phase
Co-leads selection of the external concept design team and the local delivery team
Responsible for the agreement on the scope of work, program with designers
Leads preparation of the Design Brief and other documents related to the concept
Responsible for implementation of Minirex and other company know how on the project
Leads the preparation of design related materials for the internal processes related to the project
Responsible for internal stakeholders’ management: coordination and implementation on the project
Supports leasing in discussions with tenants
Contribution to risk identification and stakeholder management in related area
In Construction phase
Contributes to design and agrees management of the design program and coordinates with Design coordinator on the execution design management
Oversees the implementation of concept design ideas and Value proposition on the project
Prepares requirements for and approves Mock up
Manages design changes that have impact on the concept design
