What You'll Do

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and communication objectives.

- Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that align with established brand standards.

- Create original design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance audience engagement.

- Select and apply typography, layouts, and visual elements to create high-quality design deliverables.

- Prepare design concepts, mock-ups, and presentation-ready materials for review and feedback.

- Refine and improve creative outputs based on stakeholder input and project requirements.

- Participate in project discussions, planning sessions, and creative presentations.

- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

What You'll Bring

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong ability to create design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Self-motivated with the capability to manage projects independently.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including tools for layout design, vector illustration, and image editing.

- Strong working knowledge of productivity and presentation software.

- Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and pre-production requirements.

- A portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, layout design, visual identity development, and logo creation.
