About Us
Account transaction data reflects the entire lifecycle of financial customers. Our mission is to support our business partners by helping them understand and leverage this data quickly, easily, and efficiently to create maximum value.
We are a modern, data-first FinTech organization operating with an open, respectful, and transparent culture. We communicate as equals, value the best argument over seniority, and rely on trust and accountability rather than micro-management. Operating in an agile, remote-first setup, we continuously prioritize, simplify, make quick decisions, and iterate.
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Manager – Growth & Innovation to own the evolution and expansion of our market-leading account-switching solutions across European markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the strategic direction, vision, and roadmap of our core account-switching product line. Drive continuous feature enhancements as well as entirely new product concepts.
- European Market Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Actively identify, validate, and capture new use cases and European market opportunities. Champion new ideas from initial concept, through validation, to full market execution.
- Data-Driven Backlog Prioritization: Rigorously structure and prioritize the product backlog based on robust data analysis, transaction metrics, and verified user needs to deliver high-impact growth.
- Strategic Leadership & Sparring Partner: Partner directly with our Managing Director of Banking to refine our overall product strategy, align commercial goals, and maintain agile, rapid decision-making paths.
- Requirement Engineering & Execution: Translate complex requirements from banking clients, financial partners, and international users into clear, structured, and actionable development epics and user stories.
- KPI Tracking & Continuous Iteration: Define clear performance metrics for all feature releases and product updates. Continually measure outcomes against quantitative benchmarks to iterate rapidly.
