Job Role – Commissioning Engineer

Duration – 12 months+
Location – Stockholm, Sweden
Rate – EUR 700-900/ day

G2 are working with an international EPC recruiting a Freelance Commissioning Engineer to support a hyper-scale Data Center in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting medium-voltage switchgears.
• Hands on testing with Protection Relays.
• Work live and switch up to 1000V.
• Install electrical equipment as per design manual.
• Perform cable DC test, VLF test
Requirements to be considered:
• You must be a qualified Electrical / Power Engineer by degree standard or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working as a commissioning engineer.
• Experience with Siemens Siprotec Protection Relays/ ABB.
• Knowledge of MV/ LV equipment such as transformers, switchgear, protection relays and SCADA interfaces.
• English communication skills to C1+ level for documentation and stakeholder interaction across multi‑national teams.
