About the Role
We're looking for a strong Mid-Senior Engineer to join a growing Conversational AI team. Following the merger of two previously separate teams, you'll play a key role in building, improving, and deploying chatbot solutions while helping create a collaborative and effective team culture.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, delivering production-ready solutions, and working in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You'll be expected to contribute both technically and as a supportive teammate who helps drive collective success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered chatbot solutions.
- Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Deploy applications into production environments and support ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with team members across chatbot and document-processing domains.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, balancing trade-offs and delivering practical solutions.
- Adapt to shifting business priorities while maintaining delivery excellence.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
Required Skillsets
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience building RAG-based AI solutions.
- Experience deploying applications into production environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive workstreams.
- Comfortable explaining implementation decisions, technical trade-offs, and project impact.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
