Our client is a globally recognized professional services organization with a market-leading Payroll Operate team, supporting major organizations with payroll implementation, technology, data and transformation.
They are growing their team and are open to candidates from either a strong UK payroll implementation background or a payroll technology, data and transformation background.
This is a client-facing role where you will work on payroll implementations, transitions and technology-led transformation projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver or support end-to-end payroll implementation and transition projects
- Work with clients to understand payroll, business and technology requirements
- Manage data migration, testing, parallel runs and go-live
- Support payroll data integration, transformation and automation projects
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholders
- Work closely with payroll, technology, data and service delivery teams
- Support the transition into BAU and improve payroll processes
What We’re Looking For
We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in either:
- UK Payroll Implementation: Strong UK payroll knowledge with experience in implementations, migrations, transitions or payroll projects. Knowledge of RTI, Auto Enrolment and Apprenticeship Levy is important. iTrent experience would be beneficial.
OR
- Payroll Technology / Data / Transformation: Experience in technology, data or business transformation, ideally within payroll, professional services or consulting. Experience with areas such as SQL, Python, .NET, data integration, automation, Alteryx or Power Platform would be valuable.
Across both backgrounds, you should have strong stakeholder management, client facing project delivery skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
