Smart Process Automation Project Leader, in charge of identifying, designing, developing and managing, in collaboration with the various business structures, artificial intelligence solutions that through text analytics, image analytics and data analytics aim to automate end-to-end processes, such as claim settlement or document processing.
Main Tasks:
- You will define the processes / areas to be addressed and create a pipeline of initiatives with high potential,
- You will drive the project set-up, the analysis of the as-is process / situation, the creation of a business case, the design of the target solution and its continuous improvement based on the results obtained during the testing phase
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end initiatives, including priorities definition, budget management, management of internal and external service providers and business interfaces and ensuring buy-in and execution
- In particular, you will coordinate the development of the solution both from a logical / algorithmic point of view, supported by Data Scientists and Automation Engineers, and from an architecture and deployment point of view, supported by IT Architects
- You will have the opportunity to have regular and frequent interactions with the business functions, who from time to time will be involved in the various projects, as well as with the management;

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills (analysis of complex problems and structuring of solutions), creativity and determination;
- Excellent analytical and deductive skills, familiar with the design and evaluation of algorithms
- 1-5 years experience in a consulting firm or in a company, managing projects related to intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation or operational excellence;
- Experience in process mapping and process re-design
- Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics)
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2);
- Excellent propensity to work in a team, operational autonomy, proactivity, high level of commitment and result / output orientation
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with the various organizational levels;
- Basic knowledge of IT architecture
What we offer
We offer employment in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 45K€ and 55K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
