IYKRA is currently looking for AI Engineers to join our team! If you have experience building Machine Learning or LLM-based systems, this opportunity might be for you. 👀
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Large Language Model (LLM)-based pipelines, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration.
- Build and manage knowledge bases and vector stores, including chunking, embedding, and reranking strategies.
- Implement guardrails, filtering, and hallucination mitigation mechanisms for AI services.
- Conduct measurable model quality evaluations and follow up on the results through continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing Machine Learning or LLM-based systems.
- Proficient in Python and at least one LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
- Understanding of RAG architecture, embedding models, and vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant, pgvector, or equivalent).
- Able to integrate models through REST APIs and manage container-based deployments.
- Plus: Experience with model fine-tuning, MLOps, or observability for AI services.
- Plus: Understanding of data security and compliance in the banking industry.
