Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- Proficient in reporting and documentation using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of basic queries.
- Familiar with using and monitoring JIRA dashboards.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and meeting minutes skills.
- Understanding of documentation standards based on ISO.
