Grow Your Staff is looking for a Head of Human Resources for a leading Hyderabad-based automotive and construction equipment dealership group representing globally recognized brands across multiple business verticals. This is a full-time on-site position.

The role offers excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to build a high-performance organization, develop future leaders, and drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role where you will oversee the entire Human Resources function across multiple business divisions, branches, workshops, and corporate offices while aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.

Experience required: 12- 18 years (Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role)

Time: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM

CTC: 20 LPA- 30 LPA

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Responsible:

Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and implement the organization's Human Resources strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

- Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.

- Build a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Lead succession planning initiatives to develop future leaders and strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline.

- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on people-related decisions, organizational design, and change management.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across dealerships, workshops, corporate functions, and leadership positions.

- Strengthen the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, educational institutions, and industry networks.

- Improve recruitment efficiency by reducing time-to-hire while ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Develop campus recruitment and management trainee programs to build future talent pipelines.

- Performance Management & Leadership Development

- Design and manage a performance management framework with measurable KPIs across all business functions.

- Lead annual and mid-year performance reviews while supporting managers in employee development and performance coaching.

- Implement career progression frameworks, succession planning, and internal promotion initiatives.

- Identify high-potential employees and develop leadership programs, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

Learning & Organizational Development

- Assess organizational training needs and develop annual learning and development plans.

- Implement technical, behavioral, leadership, and customer service training programs across the organization.

- Monitor training effectiveness through measurable outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

- Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction initiatives across all locations.

- Develop recognition, wellness, and employee experience programs that reinforce the organization's values.

- Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys while implementing action plans for continuous improvement.

- Promote diversity, inclusion, ethical workplace practices, and a positive organizational culture.

- Resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns fairly and professionally.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

- Develop competitive compensation structures and benchmark remuneration against industry standards.

- Manage salary reviews, incentive programs, and reward and recognition initiatives.

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee records, HR policies, and documentation.

- Drive HR process optimization through automation, digitization, and effective HRMS implementation.

- Ensure accurate employee data management and efficient HR service delivery across all business units.

Compliance & Employee Relations

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, domestic enquiries, and workplace investigations where required.

- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related matters and compliance issues.

- Foster positive employee relations across multiple business locations while mitigating organizational risk.

HR Analytics & Business Reporting

- Develop HR dashboards and provide regular reporting on key workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition, recruitment, employee engagement, productivity, diversity, and manpower planning.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations that improve organizational performance.

- Monitor HR KPIs and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of people initiatives to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.

- 12–18 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

- Experience within automotive dealerships, manufacturing, or construction equipment is highly preferred.

- Proven experience developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and organizational transformation.

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.

- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

- Experience implementing and optimizing HRMS platforms and digital HR processes.

- Strong analytical skills with experience developing HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
