Grow Your Staff is looking for a Medical Billing & RCM Specialist for a US-based healthcare revenue cycle management company. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on medical claims and resolve claim-related issues.
- Contact insurance representatives through insurance helplines to check claim statuses and obtain updates on pending claims.
- Investigate and clarify reasons for claim denials, rejections, delays, or underpayments.
- Work with insurance representatives to understand the required actions and documentation needed to resolve claim issues.
- Follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and notes of insurance calls, claim statuses, denial reasons, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal medical billing and RCM teams to provide updates and support the resolution of outstanding claims.
- Identify recurring claim issues and communicate relevant findings to the team.
- Ensure all follow-ups and claim-related activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of US medical billing, insurance processes, and revenue cycle management workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Proven experience making outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies for claim follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Experience handling claim denials, rejections, pending claims, and unpaid claims.
- Good understanding of US healthcare insurance, medical billing, and claim processes.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
