Role:Nutanix/VMware Administrator
Location: New York City, NY – 100% Onsite
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Nutanix infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Nutanix AHV administration.
- Experience with Nutanix Cluster Deployment and configuration.
- Strong experience performing VMware to Nutanix AHV migrations.
- Knowledge of Nutanix hypervisor migration best practices.
- Experience with VMware technologies, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- Strong Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
- Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, domain administration, backup, and recovery.
- Knowledge of server hardware, storage, and RAID configurations.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, KSH, or Perl.
- Experience with system monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
- Experience with patch management and firmware upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or data center support.
