Our client is an innovative, fast-growing deep-tech company operating across Ireland and internationally. As the organisation continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a Senior People & Culture Manager to take ownership of the people function and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the company's growth.
This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role where you will have significant influence across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and managers, you will build on the strong foundations already in place while ensuring the people strategy, culture and employee experience continue to evolve as the organisation grows.
This is a particularly people-focused role and will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, coaching and influencing managers, and having the autonomy to make a real impact.

- A highly hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance operational delivery with longer-term people initiatives.

The Person
Getting the right person into this role is extremely important. We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about people and culture and who will thrive in an environment where relationships, trust and engagement are highly valued.
You will be a confident HR professional who can coach, influence and challenge, rather than simply provide HR advice. You will enjoy working closely with managers, helping them develop their leadership capability and supporting them to get the best from their teams.
You will also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership of whatever needs to be done. This is an organisation where you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape and influence the People & Culture function as the business continues to grow.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, work with highly skilled people in an exciting technology environment and help shape the people agenda for the next stage of growth, we would love to hear from you.
