Generative AI / LLM
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of RAG, MCP, LLM orchestration, and overall GenAI architecture.
- Understanding of production-grade implementation patterns, including scalability, reliability, security, observability, and cost considerations.
- Experience defining and implementing evaluation strategies and metrics to assess the quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of GenAI solutions.
- Hands-on model engineering experience, particularly LLM fine-tuning and model optimization.
- Ability to translate theoretical GenAI/LLM concepts into practical, scalable implementations and deliver working solutions.
- Looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, MCP, model fine-tuning, and GenAI evaluation. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions and translate theoretical AI/ML concepts into reliable, real-world implementations.
