About Position
We are seeking 5 experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and Conversational AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, particularly in the banking domain. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Python, and React JS.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enhance application performance.
- Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Contribute to the development of Conversational AI features and functionalities.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and React JS.
- Hands on Conversational AI Experience is needed;
- Experience with Kafka, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Microservices, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience in building large multi-system enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Small Banking domain experience is preferred
