Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS L3 SME / Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations, infrastructure support, security, automation, Kubernetes, and DevOps. The candidate should have proven experience supporting production cloud environments, troubleshooting critical incidents, and implementing automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for production AWS cloud infrastructure and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, Lambda, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers, and SSM.
- Handle critical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution within defined SLAs.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS environments.
- Implement and support monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and related tools.
- Support AWS security, networking, access management, and infrastructure reliability.
- Collaborate with application, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex production issues.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
- Strong experience with EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, Lambda, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers, and SSM.
- Strong production cloud operations and L3 troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Strong Kubernetes, Docker, and EKS experience.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and cloud monitoring/observability.
- Strong understanding of AWS security and infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Plus Skills:
- Hands-on GCP experience with Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, IAM, and VPC.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.
- AWS SysOps Administrator.
- AWS Security Specialty or Advanced Networking Specialty.
- Terraform Associate.
- CKA/CKAD certification.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
