AI Enabled Full-Stack Software Engineer (3–5 Years relevant Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.
- Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.
- Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.
AI Experience (Required)
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience building generative AI applications for real-world use cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and AI monitoring.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
- Exposure to agentic AI platforms and workflow automation.
