Title: AEM Cloud Full Stack Developer

Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and DAM (Digital Asset Management).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular).
- Experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi in an AEM context.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architecture.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to support development, testing, or content workflows.
- Adobe AEM certification(s).
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based search models.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Agentic AI solutions for automated code reviews.
