US & EU Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets Strategy (Fintech, Leadership Mandate)

What You'll Own
- Capital Markets & Fundraising Strategy — Lead fundraising end-to-end: strategy, capital partner acquisition, pitch narrative, and deal execution across Tier-1 VC, PE, and institutional channels.
- Investor Relations at the Highest Level — Build and steward long-term relationships with investors, board members, and key financial stakeholders across the US and Europe.
- Brand & Market Narrative — Take ownership of the company's institutional brand and thought leadership platform, building visibility and trust across top-tier financial media, investor summits, and industry forums.
- Strategic Network Activation — Deploy your existing relationships across Wall Street, investment banks, and corporate finance advisory to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Investment Thesis Development — Translate complex fintech, digital asset infrastructure, and growth metrics into sharp, compelling investment narratives for institutional audiences.
What You Bring
- A track record of senior leadership in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Venture Capital — at a leading financial institution, PE/VC firm, or high-growth tech company.
- An active, high-caliber network spanning Wall Street, Tier-1 venture funds, institutional asset managers, family offices, and corporate venture arms across the US and Europe.
- A demonstrated ability to shape institutional brand perception and lead investor-facing communications strategy at scale.
- Bonus: familiarity with banking partner networks, corporate treasury, cross-border payments, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure.
- A strong academic foundation — bachelor's degree from a top global university; MBA, CFA, or advanced Finance/Economics credentials a strong plus.
