Job Title: ERP IT Application Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Primary Skills:
- D365 F&O functional: Finance, Production, Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Master Planning)
Purpose of the Role:
- Work closely with business users and IT teams to understand business needs, improve processes and deliver practical ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage business stakeholders to capture requirements and understand business challenges.
- Analyse and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes.
- Configure and support D365 F&O solutions across key business functions.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and projects.
- Support testing, user training, go-live activities and post implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and help users get the most out of the ERP system.
- Create clear documentation, process flows and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Production and Supply Chain Management, including Procurement,
- Inventory, Warehouse Management and Master Planning.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience defining and documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at
- different levels.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline (B.Tech preferred).
