Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within IT transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or CMDB/ITSM tooling programs.
- Hands-on experience with LeanIX and/or ServiceNow (CMDB, CSDM) strongly preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated or large enterprise environment is an advantage.
