- Plan and manage end-to-end testing for the Mainframe migration.
- Define test strategy, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate testing across Mainframe, Application, Database and downstream systems.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and migration validation testing.
- Manage test teams, resources and testing activities.
- Track defects, risks, issues, and dependencies to closure.
- Ensure data validation and reconciliation between legacy and migrated systems.
- Coordinate with development, business, infrastructure, and migration teams.
- Monitor test progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure test completion and sign-off as grounds for migration/cutover is approval.
- Experience with transitions, from one supplier to another. Incoming Supplier and Outgoing Supplier.
