I am working with a leading International organisation in their search to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions, helping them attract exceptional talent while providing an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process and help deliver successful hiring campaigns across the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating recruitment activities

- Organising and managing assessment centres, interviews and recruitment events

- Supporting hiring managers in making informed recruitment decisions

- Delivering an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey

- Facilitating assessment activities and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently

- Producing recruitment reports and tracking performance against hiring targets and KPIs

- Providing guidance on right-to-work requirements, pre-employment screening and recruitment compliance

- Representing the company at careers fairs, recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives

- Supporting wider Talent Acquisition and organisational development projects as required

What We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates who bring:

- Previous recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or HR experience (preferred but not essential)

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

- A passion for delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A flexible, agile mindset and comfort working with changing priorities

- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, data protection and employment legislation

- An understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion and internal mobility best practices

The Package

- Salary of up to £41,500, depending on experience

- Annual bonus of approximately 10%

- Generous pension scheme up to 20% (8% employee contribution and 12% employer contribution)

- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays

- Hybrid working, with 3 days per week on site and 2 days working remotely
