What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Sales: Prospect target accounts, pitch specialist recruitment solutions, and close commercial terms directly with decision-makers.
- Account Building: Retain and scale the clients you win, driving account expansion and recurring portfolio revenue.
- Strategic Growth: Advance along our 13-step path toward Account Management, Senior Leadership, and Equity Partnership.
What You Bring
- Sales Experience: 9+ months in target-driven B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR appointment setting, or commercial retainers (e.g., HR, telecom, or compliance services).
- Communication Skills: Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex commercial conversations.
- Drive & Ambition: A track record of hitting outbound targets and the determination to step up to full deal ownership.
- Work Authorization: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, willing to be based full-time in our Dublin City Centre office.
