What You Will Do:
- Own the Process: Exercise full autonomy over the entire recruitment delivery process for our high-profile partnered clients.
- Manage Relationships: Lead candidate and client interactions, including expectation management, high-level negotiation, and closing deals.

Total Compensation for an Average Earner:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Additional Bonuses = Unlimited Earning Potential!
- Year 1 – €48,000+
- Year 2 – €75,000+
- Year 3 – €108,000+

What You Will Have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Financial Services (Customer Success, Client Relations, Client Services, Client Solutions, Customer Service, Sales Consultant, or similar roles)
