The Commercial Area Supervisor is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within a designated region for PT Blue Bird Tbk' in Palembang, South Sumatra. This full-time role will focus on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the designated region
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
