Job Description
- Lead the development of end-to-end machine learning workflows to meet the company's business needs
- Ensure alignment between data analysis outcomes, proposed solutions, and overall business objectives
- Guide the selection and implementation of new machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven problem solving
- Coordinate analytics systems and predictive models to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the performance of data-driven products as part of business solution development
- Drive the adoption and utilization of AI technologies to support informed business decision-making
- Ensure environmental impact, risk assessments, and operational risk controls are properly defined and implemented within the department
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles
- Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics
- Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau)
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for solving complex problems
