About the Role
PW AcadFly is looking for an Arabic Language Trainer to prepare nursing professionals for successful careers in Arabic-speaking healthcare environments.
The role will focus beyond general language training, with an emphasis on practical workplace communication, healthcare terminology, and patient interaction, enabling nurses to communicate confidently in real clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Arabic language training sessions for nursing professionals.
- Build spoken Arabic and listening proficiency for workplace communication.
- Develop nursing and healthcare-specific Arabic vocabulary.
- Conduct role-plays covering patient care, doctor–nurse communication, and hospital situations.
- Prepare candidates for real-world communication with patients and healthcare teams.
- Develop lesson plans, practice material, and assessments.
- Track learner progress and provide structured feedback.
- Work closely with the Nursing Career Abroad team to align training with candidate and employer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Arabic language training, teaching, or professional translation.
- Strong command of Arabic, along with English/Hindi.
- Excellent spoken Arabic and communication skills.
- Strong ability to teach through practical and conversational methods.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.
- Healthcare/medical Arabic experience will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with nurses, doctors, healthcare professionals, or candidates preparing for Gulf/Arabic-speaking countries will be preferred.
