Role Summary
Lead and support strategy consulting engagements focused on education, skilling, TVET, digital learning, higher education and public sector transformation initiatives.
Education
- Full-time MBA, Economics, Public Policy or related discipline from a reputed institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of management consulting experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategy, policy and transformation projects for government and development sector clients (public and private clients).
- Conduct market research, data analysis and stakeholder consultations.
- Develop reports, presentations, frameworks and recommendations.
- Manage project plans, risks, timelines and client communication.
- Support business development, proposal creation and knowledge building.
- Track emerging trends in education technology, skilling and workforce development.

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
