Key focus:
- Consolidation of financial statements
- Conversion between IFRS ↔ US GAAP ↔ Ind‑AS
- Exposure to IFRS 15 Revenue, IFRS 16 Leases, IFRS 3 Business Combinations, IFRS 9 Financial Instruments
- Experience in Carve‑outs & IPO support
- Strong communication + team leadership
Qualifications: CA/ACCA/CPA | Consulting/Advisory background preferred (EY FAAS, PwC CMAAS, GT FRAS, BDO, Deloitte, Mazars, RSM, Protiviti, Uniqus).
