Looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer to join a 5-person engineering team building a production-grade healthcare conversational GenAI platform. The role focuses on backend engineering, multi-agent AI workflows, secure integrations, and production ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend APIs using Python & FastAPI
- Build and operate multi-agent workflows using Google ADK 2.0
- Integrate and tune multiple LLM providers
- Support LangGraph, LangChain and PydanticAI workflows
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering and AI guardrails
- Build healthcare-focused AI workflows for care tasks, medications and scheduling
- Leverage Azure services for data, secrets, configuration and telemetry
- Ensure PHI protection and secure API integrations
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, production support and incident response
- Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues and support major incidents
- Identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation
- Work effectively with global engineering teams
