B2B Marketing Manager - LinkedIn & Meta (Part-Time)
Employment: Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week)
Primary Channels: LinkedIn and Meta (Google a strong plus)
Reports To: Founder
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a recruitment firm looking for someone to run paid ads that put qualified calls on the calendar. That is the whole job. LinkedIn and Meta are the primary channels, Google is a strong plus. You own the campaigns, the funnels, the forms, and the tracking. You report one number above all others: cost per qualified call booked.
This is a part-time seat with full ownership. You are not assisting anyone and nobody is counting your hours. What matters is whether the calls are good and whether the numbers hold up.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- LinkedIn Ads: Campaigns end to end in Campaign Manager, including Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads, Document Ads, and Thought Leader Ads. Targeting by job title, seniority, function, company size, and industry, plus matched audiences, uploaded lists, and exclusions
- Meta Ads: Campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including Instant Forms, click-to-landing-page, retargeting, and lookalikes seeded from the CRM. Reaching the same buyers LinkedIn reaches, at Meta CPMs, and proving the leads hold up
- Google Ads (Bonus): Search, Performance Max, and YouTube for high-intent queries and competitor terms
- Booking Call Funnels: The core of this role. Design the path from ad click to a confirmed slot on the calendar, including qualification logic, disqualification paths, thank-you page routing, and no-show recovery. Test native lead forms against landing pages and read the results honestly
- Lead Form Fields: Decide which questions to ask, which to cut, and where to gate. Know how to trade volume for quality without killing volume. This is where most of the leverage sits and where most people guess
- Tracking: Own it entirely. Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM discipline, and click IDs carried through the funnel into the CRM. If it is not tracked properly, none of the rest counts
- Reporting: Weekly, direct to the founder. Spend, CPL, cost per booked call, show rate, and what you are changing next week and why
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years running paid acquisition where B2B lead generation was the goal
- Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience. Not delegated, not supervised
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience for lead generation, including Instant Forms and CAPI
- Booking call funnels you built yourself, with numbers you can quote
- You set up your own tracking. You do not wait on a developer
- You write your own ad copy and form questions
- Comfortable in Sheets, pivoting your own performance data
- Consistent availability at roughly 20 hours a week
NICE TO HAVE
- Google Ads experience, certified or not
- Recruitment, staffing, or professional services advertising background
- Funnel builders: Perspective, Typeform, Webflow, Unbounce
- CRM familiarity: Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive
- Server-side tagging, Zapier, or Make
NOT A FIT IF
- Your background is mostly ecommerce, D2C, or ROAS
- You have run awareness and engagement campaigns and never carried a CPL target
- You need someone else to handle tracking, copy, or landing pages
- You want full-time and are treating this as a stopgap
HOW THE WORK IS JUDGED
- Cost per qualified booked call
- Show rate on those calls
- Lead quality, judged by the calls that actually convert
- Whether the tracking holds up when it is questioned
Not by hours logged or campaigns launched. A few well-built campaigns with clean tracking beat a high launch count every time.
