Design develop test and maintain platform features and services
Support and improve the internal SDLC insights platform
Investigate and resolve defects incidents and operational issues
Maintain APIs integrations dashboards pipelines and supporting components
Improve automation monitoring logging and platform reliability
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver useful insights
Ensure changes follow internal engineering security and compliance standards
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team
Required skills
Experience in software engineering and application development
Good understanding of backend services APIs databases and integrations
Experience with CICD automated testing source control and code review
Ability to troubleshoot production and nonproduction issues
Understanding of secure development and operational support practices
Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team
Desirable skills
Experience with cloud platforms
Experience with Java Maven Python JavaScript TypeScript React or similar technologies
Experience with dashboards reporting data analysis or engineering metrics
Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment
