About the opportunity
Crossing Infotech is offering a UI/UX Design Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in user interface design, user experience, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and digital product design.
This internship provides practical exposure to the UI/UX design process through user research, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, interface design, usability reviews, and design documentation under appropriate guidance.
Key responsibilities
• Assist in designing user interfaces for websites and digital applications.
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity design concepts.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows.
• Assist with user research and understanding user requirements.
• Develop user flows and basic information architecture.
• Apply design principles related to layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure designs are consistent across different screens and devices.
• Participate in usability reviews and incorporate design feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to communicate design requirements.
• Maintain design files, components, and project documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining basic design systems.
• Review existing interfaces and identify possible usability improvements.
• Conduct basic competitor and design research.
• Follow established brand and visual-design guidelines.
