Role: Deputy General Manager - Technical Proposal

Experience: 12-18 years

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Mandatory: Cooling tower or any EPC Industries, Develop costing, estimation, and proposal documentation.

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements and specifications

Analyze RFQs, tender documents, and technical data

Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, sales) for inputs

Develop costing, estimation, and proposal documentation

Ensure proposals are aligned with company standards and client expectations

Support sales team during technical discussions and clarifications

Optimize proposals for cost-effectiveness and competitiveness

Maintain documentation and track proposal submissions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 12+ years of experience in wet cooling industry

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in engineering proposals and estimation

Knowledge of wet cooling systems / cooling towers

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Exposure to techno-commercial bid preparation

Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, costing tools, and documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Note:

Candidates with prior experience in Cooling tower or any EPC Industries will be preferred.
