The Program Manager is responsible for managing enterprise level programs or collections of related projects within a single business line (technology and non-technology efforts). The Program Manager is responsible for developing the project/program execution strategy in partnership with various stakeholders and then managing the execution through to completion. Where applicable, the Program Manager will oversee and direct resources on project deliverables and coordination.
Must have:
1. PMP certification or Agile certification
2. Transformation project management experience
3. Agile project management experience

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develops overall project strategy, in partnership with the portfolio lead and other impacted stakeholders.
Develops holistic project plans including tasks and milestones across all impacted business lines as well as technology and vendors, identifying and managing key dependencies and driving key project/program decisions.
Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
Develops project budgets and works with finance and the business to determine and report actuals.
Monitors and reports on the status of all assigned projects/program including clear and accurate issue and risk reporting.
Compiles and provides communication at various levels of the organization including development and delivery of executive level materials including steering committees.
Oversees and directs any project management vendor resources assigned to the projects and is accountable for their work product.
Serves as a liaison and builds bridges among cross-functional leadership teams.
Adheres to and promotes all EPMO policies and procedures
Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred – Any relevant degree or 20 years’ experience
Certification Requirements: PMP, PGMP, PMI-ACP
Minimum Qualifications
20 years of experience managing large-scale programs or projects in the financial services or banking industry
Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level programs in the financial services or banking industry.
Advanced ability to develop executive-level presentations and reporting for steering committees.
Strong risk management and dependency management expertise.
Experience in managing vendor-delivered projects and negotiating contracts.
EPMO experience partnering with Retail Banking business line(s), highly preferred.
