looking for an enthusiastic individual who is detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. As an Executive Events Coordinator at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture (We were named one of the 43 startups to bet your career on in 2023 by Business Insider). Reporting to the Senior Executive Events Manager, you will help build scalable and efficient processes and assist in executing white glove, creative and highly visible programs for our executive audience. You will also support some virtual and onsite event execution and seamless enablement of our business partners to create maximum impact.
Outcomes:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow through
- Provide day to day support for Executive Events to exceed targets and provide excellent overall attendee experience
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders by going above and beyond.
- Smooth operations and detail-oriented execution of white glove event logistics
- Ability to analyze data and provide suggestions to continuously improve our offerings
- Document scalable and repeatable processes to make our efforts more efficient
- Think outside the box and bring creative ideas
Competencies
- ~2+ years of Corporate Events and/or Field Marketing Event experience
- Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
- Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Must be metrics driven
- Asana, Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau experience
- Travel may required for events (when appropriate)
