Seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI and agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for Copilot Studio agents.
- Design secure knowledge grounding using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
- Define agent topics, prompts, instructions, actions, workflows, fallback, and feedback mechanisms.
- Architect integrations across Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure.
- Establish security, governance, access control, responsible AI, content filtering, and citation patterns.
- Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Define testing and validation for accuracy, grounding, permissions, workflows, and exception handling.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and review configurations, prompts, flows, connectors, and integrations.
- Identify technical risks, licensing considerations, dependencies, and scalability requirements.
- Create reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and solution documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, conversational AI, RAG/grounding, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform environments.
- Experience designing low-code and pro-code integration patterns.
- Excellent architecture, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred: Microsoft certifications; experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, Microsoft Purview, and regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or public sector.
