We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance (FTM) Lead with 9–12 years of SAP Finance experience, including 3–5 years in S/4HANA Public Cloud and at least 2 full-cycle Public Cloud implementations as an FTM Lead.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting & Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience with Fit-to-Standard, Clean Core, SAP Best Practices, CBC, Cloud ALM, and extensibility.
- Strong experience in intercompany, financial close, treasury integration, reporting, IFRS/GAAP, and Public Cloud localization.
- Experience leading Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance/Treasury workstreams and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Drive solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage stakeholders, offshore teams, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Mentor consultants and present solutions/status to client leadership.
Preferred: Global implementation experience, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Cash Management/Treasury, Bank Connectivity, and multi-country rollouts.
