Key Execution Focus
- Leadership Bridge & Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with founder leadership to translate core vision into executable operational roadmaps, maintaining complete alignment across Product, Operations, Go-to-Market, and Legal functions.
- Operating Rhythm & Accountability: Design and enforce the company’s operating system, leading executive leadership cadences, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and company-wide KPI/OKR tracking to maintain execution velocity.
- Cross-Functional Special Projects: Take immediate ownership of high-stakes, ambiguous strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, building 0-to-1 operational systems and stepping into high-priority operational gaps as the organization scales.
- Operational Infrastructure & Internal Communications: Own executive dashboards, internal decision logs, and strategic communications, ensuring early detection of operational friction and total follow-through across all business units.

- The Foundation: 4–8 years of elite, structured experience combining a background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity with real-world operating time inside a high-growth tech platform or working directly alongside founders.
- The High-Agency Operator: Exceptional narrative and written communication skills (memo-driven operating culture over slide decks), relentless attention to detail, low ego, and high ownership. Comfortable holding fast, forceful operators accountable to firm deliverables.
