Designation: Senior HR Manager (Plant & Sales HR)
Job Location: Near Ahmedabad
Reports To: Managing Director /CEO
Role Overview:-
The HR Manager will lead end-to-end HR operations for both the manufacturing plant and sales functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR processes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage HR operations for plant and sales teams.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce management.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate training, learning & development, and performance review processes.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.
- Partner with business leaders to meet manpower and organizational requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review.
Key Requirements: -
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing companies.
- Strong exposure to Plant HR, Sales HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and factory HR practices.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
