Account Specific Roles And Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and post invoices
- Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions.
- Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies.
- Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similar
- Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
