About The Role
As a Data Specialist Trainee at VF Talent Academy, you will embark on a structured development journey designed to transform ambitious individuals into competent data professionals. The role begins with an intensive training phase where you will familiarize yourself with essential data tools, analysis techniques, and practical methodologies. This phase is tailored to build your technical foundation and analytical mindset. Following this, you will be assigned to one of our esteemed clients, where you will actively contribute to solving complex data challenges such as creating dashboards, performing data analysis, developing data models, or generating reports. Throughout your journey, you will receive targeted training sessions led by experienced technical trainers, alongside soft-skill development workshops to enhance your communication and teamwork abilities. You will be guided by a dedicated Learning Consultant and Personal Coach, ensuring your growth is structured and aligned with your career aspirations. If both you and the client are satisfied with your contributions, there is potential for a permanent position, allowing you to establish a long-term career in the data field. This role offers a comprehensive pathway to develop both technical expertise and soft skills, laying a durable foundation for a successful career in data analytics and data management.
Qualifications
- Completed WO-education in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field
- Strong interest in data, technology, and analytical problem-solving
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Flexible and adaptable, residing in or willing to move to the Randstad region
- Fluent in Dutch at C2 level
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program to acquire knowledge of data tools, analysis techniques, and practical methods
- Assist in data analysis, dashboard creation, data modeling, and report generation for assigned clients
- Engage in continuous learning through technical training sessions led by experienced trainers
- Enhance soft skills through workshops, including team collaboration and communication skills
- Work closely with a Learning Consultant and Personal Coach to monitor progress and set development goals
- Contribute to real-world data projects, applying learned skills to solve business questions
- Potentially transition into a permanent role with the client after successful performance and mutual agreement
