Senior AI Project Lead, Berlin (Hybrid)
A fast growing AI consultancy is looking for a Senior AI Project Lead to help clients turn AI pain points into working solutions, fast.
The company is a small, high performing team of AI specialists on a mission to deliver real AI breakthroughs, not decks, not theory, actual value, for corporates, scale ups, NGOs, unions and the public sector alike.
The role involves:
- Owning AI projects end to end, from first conversation to full integration
- Acting as the trusted point of contact for clients, aligning teams and stakeholders across the business
- Designing and running workshops that turn complex AI topics into practical, actionable outcomes
- Bringing genuine hands on understanding of AI/ML, not just project management theory
- Thriving with ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problems

he ideal candidate brings:
- 4+ years delivering projects (consulting, tech, or similar) with real, measurable outcomes
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English (C1+)
- Willingness to travel to client sites around 50% of the time (Typical rythm is biweekly for 2-4 days)
