What you'll do

Full-Stack Development:

- Develop and optimize features with modern full-stack technologies, primarily using Python

- Create and maintain a SaaS environment with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability

Beta Testing & Product Refinement:

- Design and implement technical improvements to enhance product performance

Innovation with Impact:

- Contribute to AI/ML integrations to automate diplomatic workflows and enhance data analysis

- Build solutions that address real challenges in multilateral diplomacy and the UN system

What you bring

Technical skills:

- Proficiency in full-stack development with Spring Boot / .NET / Python and modern web frameworks

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Ability to manage automation

- Strong familiarity with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes

Soft skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate feedback into solutions

- Adaptability and autonomy in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Good-to-haves:

- Interest in AI/ML concepts and frameworks

- Experience with vector databases

- Knowledge of international relations, diplomacy, or the UN system

- French language skills
